Home to the Portland Timbers and Thorns, Providence Park is a multi-use facility that’s expertly equipped to host events of all types and sizes. It’s located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, just blocks from downtown Portland and steps from the Max Light Rail Blue and Red Lines, offering easy access to the rest of the city. The site has been used for spectator sports since 1893, and the current stadium was built in 1926; frequent additions and renovations keep this space on the cutting edge, making it a community asset that plays host to a multitude of events throughout the year.
Providence Park’s numerous event spaces run the gamut: rent meeting rooms, open-air decks, private suites and more — even the field itself. That versatility makes this venue a great fit for everything from intimate get-togethers to huge gatherings. The dedicated, poised staff have extensive experience with events including (but not limited to) fundraisers, school dances, bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings, private parties, reunions, field days, corporate picnics and sports tournaments.
