The Aimsir Distilling Company is many things in one: a distillery, a cocktail lounge, a tasting room, a restaurant, an event space and more. Since 2020, they’ve provided Northeast Portland with top-notch spirits, craft cocktails and mocktails, and satisfying small bites, all served up in a beautiful, airy space. Their range of award-winning spirits includes a house gin, a wheated bourbon, an aquavit, a vodka, a rosé gin and more. Their in-house restaurant, Jade Rabbit at The Emerald Room, serves a menu of vegan dim sum and Pan-Asian fare from celebrated chef Cyrus Ichiza.
The distillery’s distinctive architecture and decor — from the stills themselves to the soft pendant lighting to the art deco furniture — make it a one-of-a-kind space for your next event. They offer full on-site catering (and can happily accommodate dietary restrictions); impress your guests with mocktails, low-ABV beverage options and craft cocktails featuring house-made spirits.
