Unwind & Entwine – Feminine Embodiment & Creative Workshop
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
A heart-opening two-hour evening, a feminine embodiment and creativity workshop. Step into your inner feminine through movement and create a sacred flower crown.
Slip into a world of unraveling from the weight of the world into a new frontier of your own inner landscape where you get to decide how this part of the plot goes, guided by body-wisdom invitations explored through gentle somatic/yogic movement, imagination, and ritual art co-creations. Join an immersive experience designed to nourish your spirit, awaken your imagination, and celebrate the magic of kindred hearts. Through ritual, play, and flower crown making, weave together intention, creativity, and sacred release — embracing the full spectrum of the feminine. Hosted by Lindsay Anderson and Lumalia Armstrong
This is for you if:
- You’re ready to finally give your untamed wild inner child a space to play, be seen, and be celebrated.
- You’ve wanted a space to step back into the innocence of curiosity and discovery without following the “rules.”
- Need a shake-up from anxiety, grief, or the heaviness of life
- Want to deepen your intuition and self-expression
- Create art with ritual and devotion
- Gather in community, making new friends with kindred spirits
- This is not just another workshop
- This is a voyage into the beautiful landscape of our sensations and expressions with somatic movement and exploratory art accessible for all bodies and skills.
What You’ll Receive:
- Deepening of Inner Knowing: Unearthing of your intuitive nature. After this experience, you’ll have a deeper connection with yourself and your wisdom that will develop new neural pathways and responses your body can choose from as you gain practice in this workshop to learn to listen deeply.
- Friendship with Your Body: Develop a strong friendship with your body by learning to listen to its sensations instead of always trying to understand or shift them. Lumalia’s somatic movement portion of the workshops uses a modality called Kindred to help tap into deep friendship.
- Community Connection: Leave feeling a deep sense of belonging and a new gang of best friends. The experience is designed to build community, not just another space where you “might” say hello to someone, but a place where you’ll deeply witness, celebrate, and connect with each other.
- Grounding and Connection to Nature: beautiful flower crowns. Working with your hands and natural materials brings you into presence and syncs your energy with the rhythms of the Earth.
- Creative self-expression: Choosing flowers, colors, and shapes becomes a mirror of your inner world—each crown a unique reflection of the soul.
- Ritual empowerment: Crowning yourself (or another) is a symbolic act of honoring, claiming inner sovereignty, and stepping into a new phase or celebration.
