Austin Knoll Redefined with Winemaker Luisa Ponzi

Join an unforgettable evening celebrating the evolution of Austin Knoll wines, featuring an intimate conversation with our new winemaker, Luisa Ponzi.
The story of Austin Knoll began in 2009 when the first vines were planted just ahead of The Allison Inn and Spa’s grand opening. Since the first bottling in 2012, Austin Knoll has had two exceptional winemakers crafting 11 incredible vintages of pinot noir and pinot gris. Now, as the 2023 vintage is preparing to be released, it is time to introduce Luisa Ponzi as the next visionary guiding Austin Knoll into the future.
- An optional stroll through the Austin Knoll Vineyard led by Elaine Heide, The Allison's wine director, at 5:15 p.m.
- A five-course dinner with curated wine pairings beginning at 6 p.m. in JORY Restaurant.
