Earthbody Presence Spring Retreat
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
Join Earthbody Presence for a day of deep connection to nature, self, and community at The Verdancy Project. This retreat invites you to explore the Spring energetics of child-like wonder, creativity, and intention setting through embodied meditation, movement, mindfulness, and forest bathing. After the guided session, you’re invited to stay for an optional afternoon of land stewardship — a hands-on way to give back to the land. Engage in simple, mindful tending of the forested space, deepening your connection to place while fostering a sense of reciprocity with nature. No experience is necessary.
Join The Verdancy Project this Spring and step away from the stresses of daily life. Learn practices to restore your nervous system through intentional slowing down and a deep-felt sense of belonging. Release mental clutter as you unplug from digital noise, reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, and cultivate a sense of spaciousness and self-trust. Return home with inspiration and a renewed sense of purpose.
This retreat is part of a year-long journey through the seasons, offering a deeper understanding of nature’s cycles and your place within them. By creating space for slowness and care in each season, you’ll build practices of reconnection and introspection, and gain skills of resiliency.
Earthbody Presence co-creators Julie Jansen (she/they) and Morgan Pace Bolton (she/her) have been guiding seasonal retreats and offerings along with Women’s Circles since 2020. They passionately weave together connections to self, community, and the natural world through presence-based practices.
