Known as energy medicine, Qigong is one of the world’s oldest and most complete systems of healing. As the basis for all the martial arts, it is quite possibly the most powerful form of ‘exercise’ on Earth. An ideal aid in recovery from illness or injury, Qigong is preventive and self-empowering. Release stagnation and blockages to energy flow. One learns to cultivate and circulate one's own energy or Qi/Chi through simple, non-impact movements. Practiced in standing or seated position, Qigong is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Move in relaxation or flow, life is more effortless and you become more effective in the world.

Practicing slowly, over and over, the body unlearns inefficient tension of years and discovers a more natural, easy strength — thereby conserving and building energy for health and longevity. The practice is designed to improve overall vitality, strength, and balance, along with a sharper, calmer mind. 

All levels and abilities are welcome — simply drop into a class and take charge of your self-care and well-being. Classes are taught by Certified Qigong Instructor, Rose Allen.
