Portland Parks and Recreation (PP&R) is proud to announce the return of the beloved Washington Park Summer Festival. The festival features world-class performances at the gorgeous Rose Garden Amphitheater in Washington Park. It is part of the bureau’s Summer Free For All program, which offers free cultural events and the Free Lunch + Play series in Portland parks all summer long.

  •  August 10 — Rejoice Diaspora Dance, An evening of dance from Afrobeats to Second Line, with original music performed by Darrell Grant and an amazing lineup of musicians
  • August 11 —  Edna Vazquez with Mariachi Portland, A family-friendly evening of traditional Mexican Folk Music
