Spotlight: A Family Arts Festival returns to downtown Portland. Music, dance, theater, and visual art will fill every corner of The Judy for one weekend only. Catch your favorite Spotlight artists like Mo Phillips, Brick Bending and Catalyst, plus new Spotlight artists like David Durossier, Estampa Mexicana, BodyVox and more.
Most enjoyed by ages five and up.
