Celebrate 18 years of fundraising and community outreach with the Portland Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Their birthday wish is to host an all-ages party in Pioneer Courthouse Square with dancing, drag performances, and education about local community aid. They will also be honoring grant recipients from this year and years past.
