Open Air Train Rides
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
Join the Oregon Rail Heritage Center for a 45-minute ride in open-air rail cars along the Willamette River in the heart of Portland. These rides are excellent for viewing wildlife, riverside views, and enjoying Oaks Park.
Open-air cars are pulled by a diesel locomotive and depart from the Oregon Rail Heritage Center.
On September 14, the loved ORHF and Multnomah County Animal Shelter’s special event is back and combining two favorite things: train rides and pet adoption. Come for the train ride, stay for the pets — or vice versa. Learn more at tinyurl.com/ORHF-Adoption.
