The Old Town Chinatown neighborhood is turning up the heat in honor of college basketball fever! This all-day event will include food from Fuego, Portland’s one-of-a-kind mobile Beer Garden, live spins from DJs from Tube, 3:3 Basketball Tournament hosted by Black Star Athletic Academy, a pop-up shop with local artists and makers, and game-day tournament viewing stations.

After-party at Tube (18 NW 3rd Ave) from 7-11 p.m.
