Join the annual Squishing of the Squash, where the Oregon Zoo's Asian elephant family demolishes some of the area’s largest pumpkins.

The Squishing of the Squash is a precursor to the zoo’s Howloween celebration taking place Oct. 19-20 and 26-27. During both weekends, visitors can watch the zoo’s enrichment team and keepers provide animals with pumpkins and other holiday-themed treats. Learn more.
