Roux is a festival and celebration highlighting underrepresented voices in food and beverage. Launched in 2019 with nine different events, it’s back in 2024 with a weekend of events and a week of Portland citywide activations. Join the Roux Fair (shopping and tasting experience), powerful panel discussions, hands-on experiences and amazing eating and drinking opportunities across the whole city.
