The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Ring in the Year of the Snake and join the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) for the annual Nikkei New Year's Party and Mochi Demonstration. These mochi-making demonstrations are free and family-friendly.

There will be two mochi demonstrations from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Spots are limited to 80 people per demonstration so please RSVP.
Ozoni, Japanese New Year's Soup, will also be available for purchase. PRE-ORDERING is encouraged as supplies are limited.
