- Driving or biking under the influence of cannabis.
- Transporting cannabis across state lines or on waterways.
- Possessing, owning or smoking cannabis in select cities and counties in Oregon — in other words, there are parts of the state where cannabis remains restricted. Please refer to the specific city or county for the local ordinances.
