The dining room has a modern rustic feel with fieldstone walls, pastoral murals, booths, banquettes and tables. Executive Chef Marissa Burback creates menus that range from classic Italian to a fusion of Tuscan and Northwest, offering seasonal dishes using garden-fresh produce, house-made pasta and Oregon-influenced ingredients.
